Its not that it gets corrupted.  When you save and restore an object, you lose
all that information.  So, when all the new commands and programs in QSYS and
other IBM libraries are restored during an OS/400 upgrade you loose all the last
saved, last used, last changed, days used count.

I believe that is what both of you are describing.
