When you delete a record from a file, it doesn't return the space back to the 
AS/400. You must RGZPFM to get that space back.  If you are using reuse deleted 
records, then you still don't get the space back after you delete the records, 
only difference is that new records can be written into the old records slots 
inside the pages of disk.

    By all means, Reorg your files
