Eric is correct about a "Rube Goldberg" implementation to get a separator
page inserted ahead of a spool file when using LPR/LPD. I built an
implementation as a "proof of concept" -- and it only handled SCS. The
implementation was not quite the way he suggested but he is very correct
about the result ;-)
