Antje,

actually, depending of what exactly you want to achieve, you might not
have to handle all the parms. Validity checking program will receive, as
much input parms as you define. If you don't care about parameters, if
you just want to prevent specific group of users from using CHGOBJ, your
validity checking program might be as simple as something like:

RTVUSRPRF USRPRF(&USER)

IF &USER = ...
        SNDPGMMSG <explain why>
        SNDPGMMSG MSGID(CPF0002) MSGF(QCPFMSG) MSGTYPE(*ESCAPE)
