Janell,

Support Net (www.supnet.com ) has a pretty good package doing what you are
looking for. It is called "Ally". It is very flexible, has a lot of
function and interfaces/exit points to allow you to do "strange stuff". And
I believe it ships with source code (could be wrong on that however).

The bad news is that, last I heard, it is not actively under
development....or sales for that matter (I could be wrong on this). But, if
you called them, I am sure they would be happy to sell you a copy.

It is a very good product (I knew it intimately), but they never figured out
how to sell it. So sales stunk. And with no money coming in, they sure
didn't want to spend more money on it.

Regards,
Bob Crothers

Subject: Contact management software

My company is looking for contract management and/or customer relationship
management software for our sales reps, marketing, and customer service
personnel. Ideally, we'd like something written in RPG that could work
with the PRMS software that we use to run our manufacturing and
distributing operations.

Do any of you have any experience with this type of product? Is there any
particular one that you'd recommend?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
