Dan, there is also a product out there called Peek or PeekPlus for the
AS/400. It is almost scary what it lets you do, but key-by-key is one of the
choices.  You can also key in to the other screen, for example if a user
calls you can peek at their screen and then type the command on their screen
and let them watch you do it.

I seem to remember a few months ago on this list a discussion of a
"copy-screen"-type function that allowed User#1 to see User#2's screen AND
WATCH KEYSTROKE BY KEYSTROKE.  I believe there was an API involved.  

Anybody remember?  I tried searching the archives, but came up empty.  I'd
be happy to look there again if someone could come up with the keywords.
