You're one of those "northend" people that can get the benefit of the
new fiber infastruture.

I'm just a lowly Puyallup guy (Tacoma suburb) that can't even get a 28.8
copper wire connection out of South Hill.  Whaaa <g>

But even out here in the boondocks, ISDN works pretty good. About $85/mo
to the telco and another $85/mo to the ISP for 250 hrs/mo.
