OpNAv 5763XD1 V3R2M0 and OpNav 5769XE1 V4R4M0 are able to manage field level
security with AS/400 V4R2/V4R3/V4R4.

The first AS/400 release is V4R2.  No need to recreate files with SQL.  It works
with regular PFs.
