Press F4 
Chose   LABEL ON 
or      COMMENT ON

and follow the prompts.

I think LABEL ON is what you want.
Remember for the Column Headings  SQL gives you a 60 byte
field(which will contain all three 20 byte Column headings)
You have to space over to byte 21 and 41 for column headings 2 & 3.
