I have a 9402/400 2131 with 10 6606 drives. It came with 2 6606s
originally. We can add another 2 drives if we upgrade the power supply. To
add the eight, you need an expansion cabinet which we had to add more comm.
cards.

Hello,

 I have an AS/400 9402 Model 400 with processor feature 2130. Please
let me know if any knows whether 6606 disk units can be pluged into the
 machines I described before.

The present disk capacity of this machine is that this has two 2GB disk
units, total comes to 4GB. We are trynign to purchase 7 additional 6606 disk

units each comes to 2GB (total 7*2GB=14GB), and I just want to verify that
these 6606s can be added to this system unit.

Please also let me know the maximum number of disk units that this system
can
have?
