RE: Modifying *SRVPGM=MCH4431

Use binder source when creating the service program (reference the ILE
Concepts manual).  It allows a service program to support previous
signatures besides the current one.  This allows procedures to be added to a
service program without affecting any programs that currently use the
service program.  The binder source is fairly easy to get on to but if you
have any questions just ask.
