Hello ,

  1. Q7 is not assigned as default printer.

  2. Q7 is also not hard coded in the cl program , Moreover it is not
frequently used.It is only meant for printing some special cards which might
be once in a week or so.

However , We have a message file where we have defined all the printer
names and from where the program takes the values depending upon the
printouts the user has selected.

We have a prameter file too , here also q7 is not defined for the Invoice
printing or jobcard printing , for which the error came.

3. I cd not get ur 3rd point .Is that u r asking me to check whether q7 is
assingned some different outq.and other printers are assigned the outq q7.

If that is what u wr meaning , then It is not so.

If please u can shed some lights
