The URL is http://www.testrac.com and follow the IBM University link.  I 
took these practice exams when they were free last year and I thought they 
were very good preperation for the real thing.  The exam isn't easy and does 
require a wide-ranging knowledge of the AS/400.  Testracs only advise on 
areas to study (apart from training courses) are standard IBM manuals such 
as the backup and recovery guides and work management books etc.
