But they _WERE NOT_ "up front and frank" when it was critical.  They 
contacted people when it was too late to make another choice.  The e-business 
of "Toys R Us" next year will be from people that actually received their 
gifts on time this year, and new customers, IMO.  Web shoppers are pretty 
savvy, and most will wait and see if Y2K creates another disaster for the 
company...
