Nonlibrary User ASP conversion to Library User ASP

I have a Nonlibrary User ASP (ASP2) which contains just *JRNRCV's.  I want to 
convert this ASP to a Library User ASP.  The Backup & Recovery V4R3 manual 
states that the first object created in a User ASP determines whether it is a 
Library User ASP or a Nonlibrary User ASP.  When I first installed the disk and 
created ASP2, I created a *JRNRCV located in a library from ASP1, into ASP2. 
This made ASP2 a Nonlibrary User ASP.  I can't find any documentation that 
describes if this can be undone.  Anyone have an opinion if the following will 
work???

1. Create new *JRNRCV's in the System ASP
2. Change all journals to use the new *JRNRCVs in the System ASP
3. Delete all the detached *JRNRCVs in the Nonlibrary User ASP2
4. The User ASP2 is now empty
5. Create a new Library specifying ASP2 as the ASP, thus making this a User 
Library ASP
6. Create new *JRNRCV's in the library in User ASP2
7. Change all journals to use the new *JRNRCVs in User ASP2
8. Create or restore other objects into the lib in ASP2, as needed.

Why do I want to do this?? Because usually the capacity in ASP2 is 
underutilized.  For storage of temporary data that will be 'casually' used, the 
extra space in ASP2 might be a good location at times when my system ASP is 
getting high.
