Have you heard about News400's newest feature,
http://www.news400.com/index400/?  "The ultimate tool for navigating IBM's
online documentation."  IMHO, it's the best invention since sliced bread.
I'd be a little suprised that you had not heard of this yet, so perhaps you
were alluding to something else?
