Mark,

CFINT01 is not actually a single discreet process that can be
identified and operated on. It is my understanding that CFINT stands
for Command(?) Function INTernal and it is just an accounting entry
for the performance tracking utilities.

There are many internal processes that use CPU cycles, however because
some of these processes are not directly identified to the performance
utilities on the AS/400, the cycles they chew end up getting charged
to CFINTnn. Certainly there _is_ an internal process that causes
server systems to enter the spin cycle, but it is doubtful that its
name is CFINTnn.

You'll have to dig a little deeper if you want to outsmart the server
systems interactive *SPIN cycle.
