I'm starting to use more and more subprocedures as I figure out what I can
modulize. I'm using them as a stepping stone to (future) service programs
and modules. So... in that regard, a procedure should not have an EXSR (it
does add confusion).

I do still have some subroutines but only for things that are specific to
the program task.
