Our Alliance FTP Manager product includes CrossData/400 which creates a
delimited file from any AS/400 database file, and can import a delimited
file to a database file. More info at: http://www.patownsend.com

Have you tried using the CPYFRMIMPF/CPYTOIMPF commands?
