At least you get a response, it took me 2 1/2 months to get one simple question
answered and I had to go the salesman I know to get it answered.  I'm still
waiting for a FAX they said they were sending me back on 12/28/1999.

We are still on version 3.3 but are currently working on upgrading to version
5.6.  We were first told back in Oct. that we needed version 5.6 when we
upgraded OS/400 to V4R4, however the support people couldn't tell me why.  We
have since tested our current version on V4R4 and so far so good, so we're
upgrading the OS without the PFASTSHIP upgrade.

Subject:  Pfastship software




I was wondering if anyone else out there is using the
shipping/UPS  software from Pfast Logistics
International in Irvine, Ca. The software basically
works, but everytime we need mods or fixes (mostly
fixes) their support group is very slow to respond. In
their numerous attempts to make fixes, they have taken
the one step forward, two steps backwards approach to
solving problems( causing more problems to fix
another).
I would be most interested in anyone else's experience
with there software ( working or otherwise) or their
support group.
