Well, Monsiour Russell has done well.  The proof will be in whether or not he 
receives any content -- _THAT_ was the cause of failure for the other sites, 
many of which I am sure still operate as they were offered by prominent (and 
current) members of this list.  I'm not _TRYING_ to find reasons why it won't 
work, just _STATING_ reasons that it hasn't worked in the past.  I would 
absolutely _LOVE_ to see Leslie's forum take off!  So would "News/400", eh :)?
