Dave, you are correct.  It will never happen.

Office will go away in the release after V4R5.  IBM doesn't give a flaming 
@#$% about the customers with investments in Office, and IBM doesn't 
care.  I have two customers with significant investments in Office for help 
text, so we are upgrading them from Office to Text Management/38.

Domino, as far as I can tell, will not do everything that Office does 
(e.g.: final printed documents on stationary).
