Actually, it's not.  Those damn comments have been in there for years.  I
use CuteHTML to edit my stuff after FP torked me off so much that I started
using SSI instead of FP's shared borders.  Maybe I should fix that now that
I know people look at it an assume the worst.

Also, static pages don't use it CGI (that would be a waste of time).  The
page is running on an AS/400.  Also, any CGI is in eRPG.  The only CGI I
have on my page is a signup when you download, and the download page itself
is created with CGI.  But, Netshare400.com has a lot of CGI, all eRPG.  The
forums for one.  The source samples, the signup, the schedule display and
I'm sure there's more.

Lastly, the page is just informational.

So yes, you were missing a point.  ;)
