Well, if you tell the IBM-4You people that you know you are calling the right 
place, AND, if you
insist that you don't want software technical support, then you get where you 
need to be.

It only took an hour.

Does anyone have the IBM phone number that I can call to get my system 
password?  After a recent
upgrade at a customer, we need the password that expires in 70 days.

When this happpened previously, we went through 800-IBM-SERV and we received a 
fax.  Now, I've tried
800-IBM-serv, IBM-4You (Joke), Software administration, etc, etc. I keep 
getting the transfer
runaround.
