The reason you get the user?blah@here.com is because you don't have an SMTP
entry defined for the directory entry of the sender.  Add that and it will
be fixed and it will be user@here.com

As far as your ISP, have them add an MX entry of van400.ediconsulting.com
BEFORE the ediconsulting.com entry and things will be honky dorey.
