Do a CWBPING xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx from DOS to make sure all your host servers are
running.

Another thing, in CA, click on Communication to see if Autoconnect is
checked.  If you have a connect option, youre not connected.  If you have a
disconnect option, you are connected.
