Is there an entry for the 400 in the hosts table on the PC?  (Doesn't apply
if you're using DNS or you used the IP address of the 400 as the host name.)
If that's the problem you should see a "657" somewhere below the blue line
on the left side of the screen.

If you see any number down there, check the Client Access help.  It has
pretty useful documentation for the error messages.  (I think someone made a
mistake in the final release of the help file. <g>)
