  • Subject: COMMON Top Concerns Survey

I realize this is slightly off-topic, but I think it is important, and
it does have an impact on the AS/400 community.

COMMON, (an IBM & Compatible Midrange Systems user group) has collected
and published a Global Top Concerns Survey of the COMMON membership for
several years.

For the first time, the survey questionnaire is on the web to collect
input from COMMON members and non-members. All COMMON member
representatives were sent an access key to record their organization's
"official" response. If you have an access key (mailed with the COMMON
Board of Directors Ballot) please use it. COMMON has also made the
survey available to non-members and to any interested person to record
their responses to the survey.

Please take the time to go to the COMMON web site, http://www.common.org
, and select the Top Concerns item to participate in the survey. The
survey is targeted to be filled out by the senior IT Manager/Executive
for an organization. All responses will be collected and evaluated as
input to the Global Top Concerns results when they are published.

Thanks.
