Go here:

z=VirusScan&img=vs1.gif

And download the McAfee free evaluation virus protection software.  
Install it and re-boot.
Go here:
http://download.mcafee.com/updates/updates.asp

And download the udated DAT files. Click on "Download Virus DAT 
File (FREE) "

Install it and re-boot.

Run the program.  It will find it.
