Oh, I see (I assume you mean CRTMNU not CRTLIB in your 1st sentence). You're
right, there's nothing on the PDM F18 screen that will let you change that
parameter. Have you tried CHGCMDDFT on your latest release? I just tried it
under V4R3M0 and it changed it from *NOCHG to *MNULIB just fine.
