Yes... hence the name QIC(1000gb) which is 1.2gb rounded.... These tapes
are
still pretty widely available from media suppliers... Since that drive
has
auto compression, you can actually get close to 3gb on a tape, sooooo
get around
3 tapes for a 7gb file.....(your mileage may vary but that's a good
guess)
