It's interesting that I was looking at Hawkeye and level 40 earlier today.
We are still on 30 and I'm thinking about 40.  If their documentation is
correct, I wouldn't call it a "workaround", as that implies (at least to me)
that the user has to do something.  The software detects if the security
level is 40 (and persumably higher) or if *PGMFAIL auditing is turned on.
If so, the programs use APIs and outfiles rather than the MI programs that
won't run under 40 or higher.
