  Sorry to start a 'storm' in this somewhat (OK completely) off-topic thread. 
The schools in question are private Christian schools and there will be no
'cheating' or 'creative interpreting' of the cable companies rules (as it should
be, no?).

  I have no problem with the needed technology or the ability to make the entire
school look like one exceptionally busy PC. My intent was simply to find out if
other cable companies have different policies than the one here so that I might
convince the local company to 'enhance' theirs.  From the various threads, it
sounds as though they do.
