That would depend on how your service contract reads.  I remember when cable
companies would charge extra for additional televisions, and perhaps they
still do.  You look at it as paying for bandwidth, whereas the cable company
looks at it as paying for "seats".

This is probably where software vendors, such as IBM, Microsoft, and others,
got the concept of charging for software based on number of users or
potential users.  

The bottom line is if the contract says you must pay for additional PCs,
then that's what you have to do.  If there is no mention of it, then you can
probably hook up as many PCs as you can afford.  

Then again, I'm not a lawyer.

company,
and how you use it, is your prerogative.
