I'm not sure, but you can order their Resource CD, which has all back
issues, code, etc. since 1988.  Definitely worth the price (I think it's
$129 for four yearly updates)  Plus it uses Acrobat reader, (which IBM
should use for it's Softcopy Library, if they had a lick of sense.)
