Variable pointsize AS/400 font -- MIDRANGE-L

Title: Variable pointsize AS/400 font

Does anyone know of an AS/400 font that allows for different pointsizes? The example below in the manual indicates that it's possible but I can't find any font on our AS/400 which is and I can't find anyway to create one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
