Hi,

I've ordered SF99200, the y2k group ptf for v4r3.
The double CD set came, labelled "SF99200 Group PTF for
Release 410".

I was a bit unsure if this was the right CD's, seeing as it
was labelled 410, but according to the listing it has PTF's
for several releases, not just 410.

So I went ahead and loaded the first volume, GO PTF option
8, device OPT01, all PTF's.
The machine crunched for a little while, then came back to
the command line with message CPF361C "No PTFs installed".

Strange, I am on the latest CUM and current on Hipers but
have never installed the y2k group before. According to the
listing there are v4r3 PTF's on the CD's which I haven't
got. But the PTF installation never prompted me to insert
the second CD.

Now I'm wondering, should I restart the PTF install with the
second CD loaded from the beginning? Is that safe?

Is there any way I can see which PTF's are on which CD?

I really wish IBM would include some basic instruction with
this group ptf, rather than sending me a 20+ Page listing
containing mostly incomprehensible stuff.

Has anyone seen this before? Any advice?

Regards,
Matthias
