I assume you already discovered Info APAR # II11546?  It includes summary
information on all the Year 2000 related PTFs for V4R3 as of Nov 17, 1999.

Subject:  V4R3 Y2K PTF's




Can anyone give us a synopsis of Y2K issues with V4R3.
We have several US & European systems on this release in a 24 x7
environment
where it is next to impossible to do Cum upgrades easily.  We have been
under the impression that base V4R3 is Y2K compliant.  Should we be
concerned????  Our oldest Cum is 98230.

These systems are 170's and 720's.  The 720's can be brought to current
Cum.
The 170's are much more difficult.
They are not complicated systems:  IP, SNADS & Client Access running
compliant in-house systems.
