I have seen the library but it has never been used in any of the library
list on any of our machines, until I software package we purchased bombed.
Guess what the culprit was, qsys2 not in the library list. A brand new 170
at V4R4 was just turned on and qsys2 is not in any library list. Guess it
is not an IBM default.

Subject: QSYS2

I've come across a couple of customers recently that didn't
have QSYS2 in the system portion of their library list, and
hence couldn't find an API we're using. It's easy enough to
get them to put QSYS2 back in the library list, but I've got
two questions for the list...

1) What is the reason for QSYS2? I know what's in it, but
it isn't clear to me why it exists separately from QSYS.

2) How many machine why do you have without QSYS2 in the
QSYSLIBL ? is this a common configuration?
