FYI. After working with IBM supportline, we found a bug with the system
value QMAXSIGN and NetServer.  In order to enter a different password and
successfully connect, QMAXSIGN must be greater than 3 and less than *NOMAX.
I was told this problem will be fixed in the next release of OS/400, V4R5.
