One of our AS400s (an E04) is at V2R3.  All we use if for is as a
communications controller, it has about 70 dial up SNA connections defined
on it so we can pass thru to customers that don't have a lease line or
internet connection to us.  The machine does not really care what the time
is, so if I have a problem, I suspect I will set the date back 28 years to
1972, and break out a leisure suit.  If I really have a problem I can move
all the comms over to another one of our AS400s, but I'd rather do other
things with my time.
