Jim,

What you see in Operational assistant (and a few other IBM
menus) is predicated on what your User Porfiles USRCLS is.   

I don't remember all of the exact details, but I do recall
that Operational assistant requires a User Class of *SECOFR
to see all of it's menu options.

This is completely independent of what Special Authorities
you actually have.  You can see the menu options as a class
*SECOFR with absoultely no Special Authorities, and be
denied access even if you have all special authorites
simnply because you are not of a user class *SECOFR.

Go figure.
