Sorry, but for me "decent help" means having at least a hint on what could 
probably be the problem.
I'm experiencing personally "fatal errors" that sometimes occur and sometimes 
not in MS programs
(licence OK, of course), useful programs that are hidden in the Win-CD and no 
one tells you about,
slow PC with 1.4Gb free HD and faster if it has 0.9 Gb free HD (RAM memory 
unvaried), DEFRAG
operations that sometimes give a blue screen saying "System has become 
unsteady" and sometimes not,
with the same operating conditions (no other tasks executing).
I do not have absolutely anything against a monopoly, it this makes me work 
fine. But I do not think
this is the case.

I think it's stated in his name:
- Bill (document issued to have some service paid)
- Gates (doors to open [if you have/find the key], boundaries, limits)
