Feature is new in V4R4 and is well documented internally.

I think the doc is also available in one of the manuals (errrrrrr, cdrom,
errrrrr, website, errrrrrr somewhere) but I don't think that enough was made
of the change to warn people about it.

Just think this is the first of many "how come..." questions about this new
file.
