Hmmm. Have you considered using FTS between the AS/400 and S/36? This is
an SNA-based file transfer utility that is supported on both the AS/400
and S/36. I think I might have some old CL lying around that shows you
how to call it on the AS/400. If you are interested send me private
email and I'll see if I can find it.
