Bradley, unfortunately you are right.
It works for libraries, but not for directories.
Apparently, FTP server respects current library for the job, but not
current directory.

Alex,

I'd be interested in hearing how you would do this.  I don't see how it
would be done even with FTP Exit programs.  How do you force a command to
come from the client?
