List?  Sure.  But I'd be happy just to get a copy of the MI Functional
Reference manual instead of the C/C++ MI Library Reference.  I really
hate it that IBM doesn't include some of these things in the softcopy,
or on the web.

And now that prototyping calls to MI functions is so easy in RPG IV,
it makes me all the more wishful for a copy.  What can I say?  I'm
cheap, so I haven't bought one.
