If anyone would like I can put you in touch with someone who has done the
full time port to the 400 drop me a note bleddyn@morpheus.ltd.uk. We have
been testing it and you can use the AS/400 as both a client and a host so
you can synch the 400 to an atomic clock and then broadcast internally in
the network from the 400.

Well, it turns out that the ClearTracs can poll for time using the
implementation spelled out in RFC868. I'd like to use our AS/400 as the time
server, offering its time to any device when port 37 is opened. I've looked
around on the net looking for such a program but there is nothing to be
found.
