This very thing happened this week to my V4R4 Model 170! Except I wasn't
running any month-end jobs. My 400 wasn't doing anything (of mine)!

I got an alert at 90% utilitization and could literally press F5 on the
WRKDSKSTS command and see my disk go away. Before I could figure anything
out, it maxed out and blew up!

After it's emergency IPL, my disk utilitization was about 84%. What gives?!
