Subject: Uninteruptable Power Supply - BEST/9910

Has anyone on this list experienced any kind of problems with the IBM
9910 UPS. My company has several different levels of EC Code and we
now have IBM investigating daily problems with these systems. They do
not seem to work as predicted by IBM/BEST.

Just to give everyone some insight to our problem. Everytime IBM/BEST
go out to perform a service call they find little things that are
supposed to help resolve outages but we are trying to push them to
replace all 69 systems.

Any feedback would be helpful or any related experiences.

Thank You
Rich Garica
